ORDERING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items you may wish to purchase, some have more images so you can see different colours etc. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. We accept payments from all major credit cards.

Warranties. All our products carry the usual manufactures warranties

PAYMENTS
Payments are 100% secure and made via PAYPAL. You don't need to have a PAYPAL account to purchase from us you can pay with a Credit/Debit card via PAYPAL, which accepts the following types of cards and payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch, Electron. If a payment is by cheque please call 07852 150620 and clearance will have to take place before any goods will be shipped. Unfortunately UK Hunting Supplies do not offer credit.

DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped (if in Stock) within 48hrs so customers should receive their order within 5 days within the UK. Orders outside the UK will take longer and will vary depending on Country

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, it will be put on back order for you. The customer will always be contacted via email or by phone and given the option to cancel or wait for your order to come through. If you decide to cancel your order a full refund will be made. 

RETURNS

Under the Selling Regulations, the Goods in question must be returned to Us within 21 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by Us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty, We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

Postage costs of items sent in exchange will be charged for and if payment is to be refunded the original postage costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the final refund total.

PRIVATE POLICY

UK Hunting Supplies do not disclose buyers information to any third parties other than order details are processed as a part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this Internet shopping site to keep track of the contents of your order/shopping cart, to store delivery addresses and your details,for when you re-enter the site next time. You are able to turn off cookies, but if it is done  you will have to re-enter your details every time.
